Floyd had declined and would be getting in tough fights at 147 and 154 if he tried to continue to fight against the young guys in those divisions now.
He is one of the greatest of his generation and we'll leave it at that but as a fighter he has said he doesn't want to fight the young guys

I honestly don't think Floyd was at his "skill set" best simply because beating Connor Mcgregor didn't require it.........he took way more chances and didn't care about getting hit(those punches were light anyway).......he was able to take chances he normally wouldn't against a higher skilled boxer

Although he said it was his plan to let Conor tire himself out, he was still getting tagged pretty good & didn't look like himself until the latter part of the fight. Nothing else for Money to prove tho. I don't think he does the Roy jones and Shane Mosely thing..Floyd has protected himself his whole career and taken minimal damage & doesn't want to have a slurred speech or brain damage

McGregor got TKO'd. There is no ammo here. There is no moral victory in a TKO. McGregor looked decent in the context of being an MMA fighter. As a boxer, he looked fukking horrible. If any other boxer came out with that performance, no one would be giving him "credit".
