I don't even know what Buono looks like. lol She has literally been no where and made zero impact to gain anybody's attention. Special needs education should be one of the top priorities. The more independent you help a special needs individual become, the less of a burden they are to the state.

But they want to cut the things that hurt people in need the most, and propagate some nonsense (with the help of media outlets like Fox news) that poor people are draining the country and are in their situation through their own fault...and not only that...conservatives argue that those people DESERVE the position they are in. As if 35 years of nonsense trick down economic policy and outrageous growth in the military industrial complex haven't shifted where the money goes.
If Chris Christie or any republican candidate for president is serious about lowering the burden on the typical american family, they could start by increasing taxes on the super wealthy, decreasing defense spending and revamping the country's economic policy so that all of these companies aren't getting tax breaks for operating in the US while stashing revenues overseas.
