Why does she needs a publicists? Hell as hot as she is right now why does she even need an agent? She probably get scripts sent directly to her and no longer has to audition.

I assume its all part of the feeding system, she gets rid of her publicists, people wont work with her because she is not playing by the rules.

all she needs is an occasional lawyer to look over any deal she gets. she doesn't have to have a full time agent at this point in her career. she's an A-lister these days.

it's an expensive business to be in. she's definitely right about streaming changing the landscape. it was changing already but it really cut into actor's royalties. even if you wanted to live simple, it'd be hard to do that in this day and age given prices, the industry's demands and still be considered in the community of actors, and still be considered for work.

it's not just make a lot of money and don't spend it. the reason why there's so much money in it is because there's a lot being spent and generated. it's just how it's designed. but the celeb aspect with the glamour is an element people always think they can go without until they get into the circle with these individuals that have those things and they aren't dependent on others as much as they're employing YOU to work.

...most of the people that aren't doing the grunt work are. as well as execs. content creators are the ones getting shafted.
