Yeah man, you and the alternative facts.

The only one that I feel they could have done a better job with was Malenko, but he was always gonna be somewhat out of place in the Attitude Era WWF because he had a stoic personality, even more stoic than Benoit's, and there wasn't a focus on cruiserweight guys. If anything, I'd say he got there about 3 years too soon.

Saturn was the fourth best member of the Radicalz, so that alone was gonna be a hill for him to climb. And his antics in that Mike Bell match did him no favors.

You talk about Benoit like he was at the top in WCW and enjoying a run as champ. It's been said MANY times, they only gave him that shyt to stop him from what he'd already decided he was gonna do due to constant issues with the company. Dude's mind was made up. And no, they didn't throw the belt on him immediately once he got to the WWF, but if you gonna act like he didn't reach a level any higher there than he did in WCW... well, now you just being delusional.

And then there's Eddie. A dude who, even if WCW had lasted to 2004, wasn't getting pushed anywhere near the top. I wouldn't have even expected him to get that far in the WWF. But he got there, got over fast, had a drug problem, got let go, got another chance, got even more over, really hit his prime as a character AND wrestler in '03, won the top title in '04, and was plain excellent in '05 up until his death. But let's retcon all that and imagine he stayed in WCW to feud with his nephew over a toy horse.

These dudes jumped off a sinking ship right before it got completely to the bottom. I think you might be the only one who believes they should have stayed on it.

My post: describes how it actually did turn out better for two members, not so much for two others.

Yeah, this means I don't disagree with you saying it didn't do anything for any of them. That's exactly what it means, Wacky. You can file it, but I don't think you understood.

The Saturn/Bell match wasn't until 2001. And it happened on a C show, which means Saturn was C show status already at that point. He was already certainly an afterthought in the fukking Revolution, which had Shane Douglas instead of Eddie Guerrero, so expecting something big for him in the WWF at that point was nuts. He lost a step getting gassed up well before he even left WCW.

I mean, Benoit main evented Wrestlemania and made the top heel in the company tap out clean in the middle. Not sure how it can be argued that he didn't reach a different level in the WWE. He damn sure was never maineventing no Starrcade's or Halloween Havoc's.

Eddie won the WWE title and retained it at Mania. He never wrestled a mainevent match in WCW. Again, no argument whatsoever there.

benoit did all that in 2004.
he wouldve been multi-time WCW champion long before then.

i was never really arguing eddie. altho, his WWF stats really arent the greatest.

No he wouldn't have, considering WCW went out of business within a year of him leaving

So basically, you sayin' Benoit coulda gotten to be champ of a company in rapid decline and potentially been the guy who lost it to Vince Russo or David Arquette... only to still end up in the WWF a year later anyway.

:manny: OK...

Disagree. Benoit was WCW champion when WCW was irrelevant. It wasn’t like getting Goldberg or Sting. He was in hella main events in 2000. Eddie was over af and the shyt with Chyna was great. Malenko was right place wrong time. He would’ve fared better in a 1996 or 2004 WWE, but not during the era of Too Cool, Brood, DX, etc. Saturn was lucky to be linked to them
