Verzuz wasn't just about the pandemic tho. On what platform are we seeing our favorite artists go against each other in that fashion? Without Verzuz, where would you expect to see the Lox and Dipset go song for song, back and forth? And yet still kind of a relaxed atmosphere? You think we would have EVER seen Jeezy and Gucci do that without Verzuz? Nah, their idea goes beyond something to do during the pandemic. Straight to streaming movies are not needed anymore because we can go to the theatre. But Verzuz would have been successful pandemic or not.
