fukk his stats, you are why I avoid threads like these. I go by who captivated me more, who was more must watch and in this case it was Penny. I wasn't in class talking about did you catch T Bug's game last night, he had 20 and 10 on 56% shooting, breh!:krs:

all your simple self had to say is that you liked watching Penny more. Thats it.

You avoid because your stupid :heh:

I avoid it because there is no argument when one player has had a longer injury free career as opposed to the other. No way Penny could win on stats alone, do a better job with the argument and find players with comparable numbers you stat whores can jerk off too instead of threads like this where there is a lopsided advantage. This argument was flawed from jump.

Though i think Penny is better Tim is one of the more underrated guards in NBA history. He was an absolute beast in his prime.

Penny as a PG would've been an All-Time great. Once they moved him to SG, they really took out a lot of aspects of his game that made him special. Timmy PG > Penny SG, but Penny PG >> Timmy PG.

But you can put KJ & Timmy as two of the most underrated PGs in history...and maybe Rod Strickland who NEVER gets mentioned.

Why not? We're almost always using per-game stats on this board and hardly ever total stats, so anybody can compete.

No doubt, KJ and Timmy are probably the most underrated PGs when I was growing up. I think Jrue Holiday is a dude that may be overlooked in his career just like KJ was. Dude is a monster.

As far as effectiveness, Penny is better.

I love Tim Hardaway, but he played in a somewhat gimmicky offense during those 20/10 years.

If you told me both players would stay healthy during their careers, and I had to draft one of em, I'd take Penny 100 outta 100 times

Tim was a gamer though.Clutch ass shyt, to.

Even when he was with the Heat later in his career, he was still wrecking shyt in the playoffs.I just don't think he was the kind of talent you hitch a franchise to.Penny was that

Tim was a unbelievable third option.
