people get too caught up on content.

I still give the slight edge to tip in the rankings because trap muzik & king are better than any luda album. but luda is right up there with him and on the emcee side of things, hes superior to T.I.

I gave dap & rep after reading this whole damn thread. Lyrically Luda kills Tip & I was known as a t.i stan irl. Luda dropped in 99/00 still got that shyt somewhere at my mom's crib. T.I started buzzin wit 24's then Urban Legend in 04 then King(played the shyt out of both still) in 06. Flippa got did wrong on some made up "I got tapes" like Flip said "where's the tape? Let us hear it" That stomp verse is still demonic :demonsteph:
:salute: To the knowledgeable posters

T.I's verse definitely holds up better. But at the time, taking an L to a clownish (albeit talented) rapper like Luda might have been career ending.

It's crazy how serious rap beef used to be taken even in the early 2000s.

:lolbron: at Tip picking on an obvious easy target like Flip. Lyrically, Flip was like a Featherweight.
