Broner wins in a clear, dominant, boxing clinical performance...and he still can't get Love:heh:
I am not even gong to try and denigrate Broner's performance against Molina but anyone who thinks he stepped up and took full advantage of the opportunity he was given is smoking crack.
Last night was supposed to be a coming out party for Broner and Thurman where they would look impressive and capture the public's attention. Only one of them did that last night and it wasn't Broner.
I would say that Guerrero came out of last night in a better position than Broner despite losing. Broner wasted a golden opportunity.

:yeshrug: I wasn't one of those people tho :yeshrug:
Sloppy fighters should be tailored made for a fighter that emulates Money Mayweather.

I dont think its entirely hate though. More like, hmmmm, I don't exactly know how to put it, more like disappointment I suppose. With the way he runs off at the mouth you would expect better fireworks from him in the ring. He's getting the Ws but not exactly with spectacular performances. His jab was there for him last night, as was his sweeping shots occasionally, but man I wanted him to let his hands go a bit more. Especially with Molina being inactive. At one point I wondered if Molina hurt his hands or something. Then I wondered if Broner was being overly cautious, or maybe he's just not that dude he says he is? His "can-man" talk afterwards seemed a bit hollow in retrospect. Then he said we'll see him three more times year on NBC. After that performance I'm not exactly excited about his upcoming fights.

Thurman's performance and Guerrero's heart saved last night's event.

Molina didn't let his hands go like Guerrero did. He almost literally couldn't hit AB when he did throw....He made the fight look bad:yeshrug:

AB got these dude making those Floyd Mayweather hater excuses, "but....but...he ...but..."
I watched the replay and saw how Ab had fun with Molina. @Newzz you can't convince these brehs to see what they don't want. AB won and was never in trouble.....bottom line. Who's next? Robert? He can get it too.

But Broner never showed that he had the intention or desire to step things up and see if he could take Molina out. He was content to just let the fight keep going the way it had been.
I know it annoyed a lot of the Broner stands when Sugar Ray said it but it was entirely true that Broner needed to close the show or at the very least look like he wanted to. He did nothing last night to make himself look special at all.
