The second thing it means is based on this graph, The ps4 is GPU is drastically inferior to the new Nvidia Titan card that is being released but in comparison to the xbo720 video card its roughly 2x more powerful. Let me add that nvidia Gpu is $1000 alone... People can say it's more powerful but if they want consoles running top of the line specs, they will be willing to spend at least, 1200 on a console.. Funny thing is the Gpu will then be less powerful than the new one a few years later...

kids actin like Titan is going to be $1000 for years to come, thats not how it works. Unlike consoles, PCs have upgrades every year. They never stop advancing. If top end today is 3x more powerful, 2 years from now thats gonna be mid level shyt, meanwhile consoles specs gonna be the same as they are they day they are released.
