As long as the Obama administration continues to ensure the blame for this shutdown is placed squarely where it belongs (with the irrational right wing that the Republicans have allowed to take over their party), that is exactly what he should be doing. Republicans will start to feel the heat and let up. I don't even think they expected Obama to call their bluff.

what about people without insurance? what about the people that don't pay? you can't blame everything on illegals. the ever increasing amount of elderly that need care that wont be covered by medicaid. this all adds up and can result in hospital closures. I alluded to it earlier and you conveniently decided to gloss over.

You got some numbers that show how many people who dont have health insurance that are going to the hospital so much that it is leading to closures and those same people arent here illegally?
