I guess it's easier for some to assume that the black people who own the bank must be lying (obvious self hatred on your part, how disgusting and embarrassing
) and faking documents and that a white person REALLY owns it. SMH. Any excuse not to bank black. I mean this thread has all kinds of weird excuses. Like that one idiot who pretended to understand or even know what programs are used and what operating system would be more efficient to run them on. As if he knew anything about how operating systems or software works. shyt is kinda funny how pathetic it is.

lol I would love to walk into a black owned bank and open an account, but I'd like to be absolutely certain there isn't some cac behind the scenes running the show. The biggest "black bank" in NYC is only 10% black owned.. I want to avoid shyt like that.

Yeah at least when i first got skeptical with City National Bank was because i was mixing it up with a white owned bank and didn't know there was another one since the name is the same. But these guys on the otherhand will STILL go on about why they dont want to rock with it even when we are verified of it being black owned.
Its hilarious cause in the video of the beautiful sister who spoke on her experience joining City National Bank towards the end she says just that and says to the people to be real and she bet they werent asking questions for those white banks.
This is why we cant get closer to having more branches in more states. Bank of America just had charges against them for racist practices and i bet anything he has an account with them still.

The Mona cards come with the checking account by default now. I was surprised when I got mine today.no lie but i made the $50 opening deposit today for checking today before i saw this thread bumped
I really hope the card mailed to me is this one. Do you know if i would get this or they just put this into effect and it will come later? When they contact me within days im gonna try and find out.
This shyt is beautiful man. I'm trying to picture using this card in front of another Black person and them seeing it. They should keep making alternate versions of these Black images on the card. When you think about it its a great marketing strategy.
So by end of next week i should have both One United and City National Bank of Newark as my two Black banks with checking and savings accounts under both
And later on secured credit cards
Now just gotta focus on finding an investment bank

Right if more people like him just opened accounts instead of making excuses we wouldn't be talkin about 1.1 trilly in spending power, we'd be talking about 1.1 trilly in assets
nikkas don't wanna see brehs getting loans for office buildings from a black banks. They want multi family housing unit loans. Yeah that's good enough for them

Got some accounts with Industrial Bank in DC (black bank) That kasasa checking account they have....is lit (great interest rate).
