I think it was wrong from Shane not to come forward with the information since a lot of the cast and crew have children and they could potentially form a friendship with this dude and invite them into their lives after working together for months, but on the other hand a brother has to work, if he wasn't breaking any law or any probation limitation then why should he be stopped from working?
