Are you following the diet plan? Its very simple and you can substitute low sodium v8 for veggies.
If youre really tired and sore are you drinking the recovery drink? Also the first month is teaching you the value of carbs. In the coming months you will add more carbs and see what effect it has on your body. In the 90 days I got 6 pack abs and I had a small gut when I started but I followed the diet strictly and never missed a workout

yea im following the diet. High protein, little carbs, low to no fat food and in taking 2000-2200 calories. Im about to hit Phase 2 in two more days and im gonna stick to the phase 1 diet to knock a little more fat.

I dont follow their meals but i follow the basic of what u need to eat. Lean meat, high protein,no junk food, veggies and some fruit, recovery drink, 100+ Protein intake a day. i see a difference already going on 4 weeks. Not as sore anymore but man im sweating like a pig. Feels good though

I took before, middle, and after pics but im not sending them to a stranger no offense to you of course. Funny shyt; I was proud of my results after day 90 so I posted my shirtless picture looking straight ripped on Facebook saying "day 90 done". My homies straight clowned me on some "fukk you doing taking pics with your shirt off haha dont be that dude" haha I ended up doing p90x twice more then insanity 3 times then I completed Body Beast once (dont like it cause I gained a lot of fat along with the muscle on that program). Now im back to doing p90x/insanity hybrid. Honestly I like insanity so much more but your knees need a break and lifting is good for that. Here's a tip, do the ab ripper x BEFORE your lifting cause some days i'll go more reps and i'll be too dead to even do ab ripper. Also I workout first thing in the morning which gets my metabolism going all day. I may be tired but after ive had my preworkout glass of noxplode im literally running back up the stairs. Its a clean pre so try that to get the most out of your workout. Also as motivation for reps and form remember youre not ripping off anyone but yourself so give it your all. Finish the 90 days, be a finisher and not one of the thousands who quit. Oh and I flex my damn 6 pack every morning before the shower haha you keep to the program and youll see that 6 pack abs pop up and stay

hahah good shyt. Yea i found myself dragging on the ab ripper due to being too tired. So i did the regular routine in the morning and ab ripper x at night. With that routine i finish ab ripper x no problem.

btw,my recovery drink is 2 scoops of chocolate whey protein powder. Is that good or do i need to pay for that shakeology shyt?

Recovery drink should be either beachbody recovery drink or the less expensive lowfat chocolate milk. Youre drinking this preferred mixture of 3-1 carbs to protein ratio which allows glycogen stores to replenish at a faster rate and you should drink this within an hour of working out. Shakeology isn't a recovery drink; its a meal substitute. I drink it because it allows me to have a quick lunch on the go and its incredibly nutritious but it is not my recovery formula and its expensive (not too expensive but much more than protein powder). Are you eating enough fiber? Buy some wheat thin crisps, they are a good snack, low in calories and high in fiber. Only ingredients are snow white wheat, oil, and sea salt. Also if youre eating wheat bread switch to oatmeal bread, youve gotta be avoiding them "enriched bleached wheat flour" shyt. Also are you drinking a protein shake (mixed with water) before you sleep? It gives your body a clean meal while sleeping that way your body allows itself to let go of those fat stores.

Good shyt. I was using the whey protein drink as a recovery drink. And yea i drink that shyt every night before bed. Low fat chocolate milk is my recovery drink then. Thanks, didnt know that. I drink my protein shake with fat free milk btw.
