hey man.....

i rather put on my shorts and sneakers and drive to hit the bench and squats than roll out of bed without brushing my teeth to move the living room table to do some jumping jacks

but hey....everyone is different

some ppl are self conscious and scared of the gym

they get intimidated looking at ppl who are in shape

at least he doing something :pachaha:

we're all different monsters pursuing the same things. methods are way less important than the outcome.

breh u making it sound like p90X some p*ssy shyt. Bet u cant even do Plyometrics. But even so, i dont have to drive to hit the bench or squats as i have weight at my house. Im not scared of the gym or self cautious of shyt. I prefer a planned work out with a nutrition guide then blindly going to the gym lifting weights (like i done before for years)

Real question is, why u hating? :leostare:

Nothing wrong with P90X

My only comment is for people new to trying fitness that eventually picking up weights and moving them is the best route strength wise.

Nothing wrong with it. I used to work out at home, I had a garage full of gym equipment (power rack, dumbells, benches, 600lbs of weights), driving to the gym doesnt mean shyt. I do have a gym membership, even when having my home gym setup.

It takes time to get used to the routines and even then you still may feel like shyt. The only thing p90x will lack (for men) is great leg development because you are limited in what you can do for them. Even in shape people that go to the gym 7 days a week will fall to the pace of p90x. If your lower back is tweaked, you may need to rest it because if it goes out fully, you wont be doing anything for a while.

I got two co-workers doing p90x right now and they are cruising through it. They finished insanity right before it though. I am about to finish week 2 in insanity tonight and it is hard as hell but I am already seeing results.

i just skip Yoga X brehs that shyt is pointless to me. I do some X Stretch on the day for 30 mins instead of doing Yoga X. Also read that alot of people skipped it as well. I dont care for flexibility to tell u the truth. So imma substitute it for some Stretch X and a nice jog...

my only beef with yoga x is that it is entirely too long. personally, I just do the first hour of yoga and then skip to some of the stretches at the end. if I have time I do the whole program. I feel great afterwards either way.

So im on the first recovery week (week 4) and im asking my self, HOW THE fukk IS CORE SYNERGITICS apart of this "recovery" week? that shyt kicked my ass. Maybe its because its my first time doing it but man i rather do Plyo (which is my least favorite) then this core shyt. still manage to finish most of it :phew:
