I consider myself a strong breh but if you’ve been in the weight room long enough you run into dudes that’s on some other shyt strength wise like the OP.

Man I used to know this white boy who would standing military press 315 for reps. Cuz was 6’5 280lbs. Had me like :wtf:

Trained with a breh who effortlessly benched 405 for reps on incline bench after doing several sets of flat bench working sets of 315 for 10 reps each set:wtf:

All that to say there’s some really strong people out there

So you just casually picking up 100 lbs dumbbells like a tall can? :stopitslime:

:mjlol:

Like. Nah let’s be fr tho. Look at the sheer size of creh compared to that dumbbell. You ain’t gotta even know shyt about lifting to see that looks wild asf

:heh:

Bro, I'm 6'7" and used to rep with 315+ on the bar. Haven't lifted (consistently) since maybe late-2022, will still rep out with 125 on dumbbell bench/incline.

Just say you weak and move on.

Lifting is like rowing, never really lose it once you hit a certain place.

Nikkas be snitching on themselves.

You’re 100% correct. The muscles cells don’t forget. Only reason strength “drops” off is because the neural adaptations decrease combined with a decrease in muscle belly volume.

Like you said once you reach a certain point you don’t really “lose” it. Shoot all you gotta do is go hard for a two months or so again and lock that diet in and get right back to where you was, shyt probably better.

I got plenty of videos on my Instagram lifting some serious weight and even though I don’t lift like that anymore I know I’m a lock in away from getting it back
