This mf just casually picked up a 100lb dumbell with one hand

You can tell who in here has lifted and who hasn’t :mjlol:

It’s impressive if you've never seen shyt like it. Even I’ve scooped up 75+ like that if I need to.

Dude is obviously either a powerlifter or just big as shyt. If you’ve been in serious type gyms you've seen it before

Wtf. Can you not do that, OP? Curling it would have been nuts! But just lifting it?

Exactly. Never seen a thread expose so many dudes so quickly.

Nah, not quite at seven figures yet (I'm breaking over a quarter mil this year though).

I still only do 4 plates on deadlift, maybe a little more. Could probably work up 500/600 but it doesn't seem worth it for me at this age. Then again, I spend 12/24 weeks training with the old crew, I might change my mind.
That's cool.
I'mma clear $150k (Salary+Biz combined) this year.
Working on my MS r/n.
At roughly ~500k in assets.
I'll cross $250k total income (Biz + Day job) within two years.

I train six days a week.

That dude pullin' that dumb bell with just his fingers is still clearly strong as hell
and not normal whatsoever.

Funny thing about this thread is I wasn't even trying to sound impressive or brag, but these weak nikkas took it that way.

That's why I thought it weird to see so many reactions.

I'm weak as shyt compared to a lot of dudes I used to work out with. Military dudes benching five plates, deadlifting 7+. College kids getting close to the same.

If you that triggered and jealous, take your ass to the gym and get stronger.

Bro, I truly love it. I'm not the one in the thread doubting people's stats and making sarcastic comments. I want to see everyone WIN!

Dude is strong, but I just wasn't blown away by the dumbbell thing, just me though.

That's a fair point.

60-70%, really think it's that high? I'm asking for real, I just figured most everyone has a phase where they hit the gym with some consistency.
I just watched a podcast/listened with a Family physician Dr and nutritional scientist. most people fat and most people aint sniffed a gym.
