So why are u designating the term "black" onto someone who isn't from the US ?
Well, if you're in the U.S. you play by the rules so yeah. .. that's how it's always worked. Look at what happened to the creoles.

At that, most black americans because of the history are mixed up. How would you even be able to tell the difference between who wears what label?

For blacks who are from the U.S., not immigrant blacks but blacks with roots in the south, being mixed up and being black are nothing new.
