I disagree and think the heel turn has been great. Fans are just mad they aren't getting what they want. New theme music, new gear. Why give the fans what they want? I think it's perfect that he isn't playing into the audiences hand.

The Rock bum rushed that shyt and then left Triple H hangin on purpose. Wrestlers hold lifetime grudges and he ain't forgotten about the Kliq bullying him. Now hes running them . And they can't say nothing because he's the draw

I think The Rock’s involvement actually takes away from it.
If you’ve ever had a bad/long breakup you should be able to relate to Cena. He’s fed up. He’s tired of doing the dishes every night for years. He looks at the crowd how you look at your ex: disgusted, tired, with contempt.
I liked how he said “I’m not a heel or a baby face, I’m a human” he’s tired of the bullshyt. He doesn’t need to “change” anything about himself (clothes, music) he feels he’s the same person just over the relationship.
Someone who gets it.
Cena's turn has been amazing so far. No complaints outside of, yeah, I do wish the theme and clothes were different.

I believe he's going to beat Cody for the title with interference, which elevates Cody as he chases the title until December or next Mania... I believe they will pay Cena to show up for next Mania to drop the title

The heel turn and first heel promo Cena cut was great but I felt like something physical needed to happen to advance the story. Instead, we got Cena delivering the same promo that felt more performative than the last one where it felt like he was shooting from the heart.
There’s not enough time left for this story to be dragged out like a DBZ episode. They already started the story off red hot with violence so why slow it down now?
And if I’m Cody? It’s on sight with Cena at all times. I fukk with the story but man…..it’s not going as well as I thought it would.
I do believe that this is long term story that extends past Wrestlemania so they might slow cook this one up
I can see Cena turning on Rock to 'reclaim his soul' (that's if that angle is still in play), probably Cena loses to Cody in the Summer and Rock starts tripping then gets hit with the AA.
I have no idea when we'll see Rock again.
I fully expect Cena to lose to Cody and dip though.
