This is what the gambling fans want… more threes more chances at garbage parlays
More of it, less threesA lot of teams still do all that
Even boston does that. Jaylen Brown has a great midrange game.
Yall literally make fun of Tatum for being a Kobe wannabe
That's not even including Teams like the Nuggets, Warriors, Cavaliers, Pacers, Magic, Suns etc.
They have post play and/or motion and ball movement, midrange,
Yall are talking out of your assess I swear.
3s are up and viewership is down.Post play? Watch the Nuggets. Ball movement? Watch the Warriors. Cutting to the rim? Watch the Nuggets, Warriors and Hawks. Midrange? Watch the Kings.
There's plenty of variety if you watch different teams, but y'all can't be bothered with that because it's much easier to just believe every team is shooting 3s and doing nothing else.
La fitness doesn't have ppl playing try hard D in the paint, every dribble or pass has the potential to be turned over, deflected or kicked. Everybody out there are athletes before anything else. One is good for ratings and the other you can see at LA fitness
Gordon's one of those players who teams tried to mold into a three point shooter and it never really panned out, so unless he's on a heater (which can happen to anyone), he doesn't take as many. He spends most of his time in the paint. Now what we have is a situation where we tell technically good shooters from outside to stop shooting. What Gordon isn't gonna do is show off his handles and dribble himself into a contested baseline fadeaway.Well we damn Damn sure don’t want to see Aaron Gordon tossing up 10+ threes
1. numbers tell you otherwise. This is why you need the fat tricking nikka and the gun holding nikka healthy.
They are just more fun to watch than everyone else. Ant has a beautiful game but he takes and misses too many jumpers imo.
The NBA needs the great slashers to balance the entertainment.
If your going to be disingenuous at least make the comparison believableby your logic, the only person who should dunk is Aaron Gordon.
chef is the most eliteFew folks have that gravity. Steph being one of them
chef is the most elite
but at this point there are shooters everywhere
any night there's a guy on any team that can catch fire from beyond the arc
shyte whole squads that might come out on a night & it's raining
shooting from distance is the most valuable weapon now
hoops is a nuclear arms race HA

everyone is not entertained by the same thingsAll true, but doesn't change the fact that's its not as entertaining as playing other ways
There's a reason the Slam dunk contest always garnered more attention than the 3pt contest.
you shouldn't care who shoots threes as long as they go in, and what we know now is there's a lot of shooters who can make threes at a respectable clip with his volume, yet you don't want them taking threes. That's what makes what you're saying weird. Steph is the greatest three point shooter ever, but he's not the only good three point shooter, and part of that is because teams need to keep up with other teams with firepower. You're not gonna beat the Celtics just posting up and shooting middys, so yeah, when players come in, you wanna see if they can keep up from outside and now more than ever we have capable shooters. The days of maybe 1-2 capable guys per team are over, so now more players will be authorized, some more than others. That bothers so many of y'all. If your going to be disingenuous at least make the comparison believable
You can be as entertaining as you want, but if your entertaining brand of basketball leads you to be 30-52, you're not gonna be employed much longer. Nothing's more entertaining than your team winning. All true, but doesn't change the fact that's its not as entertaining as playing other ways

The issue is not so much the gameplay, the real culprit is the competitive spirit. Today’s players are just out there going through the motions and not really bringing any passion to the court like they used to. I think they put the money and the personal branding ahead of the actual basketball battle and fans could see that.A lot of teams still do all that
