Why do y'all care so much about TV ratings?

It has little to do with how popular it is. We're not living in the 90s where traditional TV is the only way to watch hoops.
To be honest I would rather watch sports on tv, streams be 50/50, and I like the hd and sound settings you get from it live, shyt be boring as fukk on my computer that's why I don't even watch games I can stream for free. I love seeing nba on tnt, espn, and abc and soon nbc again, the presentation is just different and more exciting. Makes you anticipate plays. Which there still are a lot of good plays, but when teams spam 3's nobody really gives a shyt how technically efficient it is because they don't make money playing basketball they make money entertaining, and there are few teams people are entertained by that play style, they also happen to just be the best teams usually so it helps.

But I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of the fan base falls back because they're just aging out of nba basketball in general, I think ratings will go up greatly next decade.

My Pops Forever RIP
One of the last games I watched was the Pacers vs Raptors. This is all it was. A volley of 3s and they were bricking the entire time. Get in the paint Siakam.

I want to see Curry shooting. Not everyone.
by your logic, the only person who should dunk is Aaron Gordon.

We can have both.

:hubie:
No you can’t. Because if that was Brandon miller or Lmelo they would tan to the corner to jack up a brick instead of cutting to the rim and then you would’ve been saying ,”but what else you want them to do, they don’t have the handles or aerial awareness to play inside the perimeter :beli:

Some post play and ball movement would be nice. Maybe a slash to the basket or two?
:skip:

Variety in anything is always more exciting
Post play? Watch the Nuggets. Ball movement? Watch the Warriors. Cutting to the rim? Watch the Nuggets, Warriors and Hawks. Midrange? Watch the Kings.

There's plenty of variety if you watch different teams, but y'all can't be bothered with that because it's much easier to just believe every team is shooting 3s and doing nothing else.

A lot of teams still do all that

Even boston does that. Jaylen Brown has a great midrange game.

Yall literally make fun of Tatum for being a Kobe wannabe :dead:

That's not even including Teams like the Nuggets, Warriors, Cavaliers, Pacers, Magic, Suns etc.

They have post play and/or motion and ball movement, midrange,

Yall are talking out of your assess I swear.
