As iconic as og good times was entertainment and showbiz wise, if we keeping it funky, when you know a bit of american history concerning racism and public housing. Good times was REALLY a psych op. Basically trying to normalize racism, trying to make black people in america accepting these type of conditions and treatment by the us government and shyt. Even the show name itself is a psych op. How is being forced to live in poverty and oppression "good times"? We cant trash this cartoon and not trash good times.

It some how managed to be both boring and edgy (ie racist) at the same time. Felt like an awful sitcom.
