She workout's just like me, no machines or dumbbells :pacspit:

But this really isn't impressive. Cross-fit is a joke. Most cross-fit queers can't even max out a standard military physical test. Most are doing cross fit to run tough mudders like the queers they are. :umad:

How's that relevant to what I mentioned. Nothing I said, gave "cross-fit" props.

To deny that a 17-year old female, with her agility and stamina is not a beast, would be completely delusional. She also performed all these exercises in one sitting.

I won't front the video itself, was rather bland, the way it was portrayed. But when I focused in on her lifts, form, and ass; it was rather impressive. She would start off in the correct form then sometimes slip up, here and there. It's especially noticeable during the deadlifts. But it's nothing that can't be fixed.

Most of her "workout" consisted of above average to advanced lifts.

IDK how an adolescene girl clean and jerking 145lbs, front squatting 187lbs, and deadlifting 225lbs is unimpressive.

The "average" gym rat can't even do these things.

exactly, the cross fit cultish nature of the video aside, those are pretty advanced lifts. and pound for pound she is moving a shyt load of weight for her size w pretty decent form. i'd tussle (in a few years :leon:).
