i think crossfit is a bunch of bullshyt actually, she's in great shape.
I used to think that, but if you look at the intensity and how they reduce rest gaps...they'll get more ripped than if you do a set then sit around for 5min like most people in the gym.
it's just bullshyt because it's sup optimal in every way. it's not an efficient way to train strength, endurance or speed. it's OK for all of those things, but you will get more results by doing everything seperatelyit's cool if you enjoy doing it just because, but it's not the best way to get fit
