Props to her but it don't look like anything special. Other than those rings things I was doing all of that in high school. Seems she just getting props cause she's a girl and not because it's hard.

its' pretty impressive for her size. 110lb and doing 230 lb deadlifts, thats more than twice her weight, good.

pretty normal exercises


some things were not impressive.. some, however... she can do all those pull-ups :whoo: she can deadlift 105 kg which is impressive for someone who weighs around half that. i think crossfit is a bunch of bullshyt actually, she's in great shape.

i think crossfit is a bunch of bullshyt actually, she's in great shape.

I used to think that, but if you look at the intensity and how they reduce rest gaps...they'll get more ripped than if you do a set then sit around for 5min like most people in the gym.

it's just bullshyt because it's sup optimal in every way. it's not an efficient way to train strength, endurance or speed. it's OK for all of those things, but you will get more results by doing everything seperately :bryan: it's cool if you enjoy doing it just because, but it's not the best way to get fit :whoa:

Ideally yes, but look at most people in the gym. Dude's either lift only, or females only do cardio-if they lift they lift a 5lb db like 30 times. So this can be an inclusive way to lift pretty heavy and get some conditioning in.:yeshrug:
