- Enter the COVID-19 pandemic basically multiplying the above factors 10 fold because everyone is stuck indoors 95% of the time.

It’s a shame. I’m 21 and some women I meet only 2/3 years older than me and look like shyt. I think it’s cuz a lot of em don’t think

They aren’t walking, expending energy like they used to before covid.
Now I never said it wasn’t their fault. I actually went out of shape during Covid because home workouts suck and there are too many distractions at home.
Been back in the gym since January though
I was thinking on that yesterday saying to myself like damn it's a lot of women already fell off before 30 I scrolling on Facebook I was like damn near every chick I went to high school with has fallen off bad and mind you I'm class of 2011, fat, multiple kids and just looking older and done.
And just pure laziness which I find weird since the fitness industry is booming
