They stopped posting in here by the 2nd half of the game

They do it all the time. They're the loudest and talk the most shyt on thecoli, but as soon as things go a lil left, they run , hide and mope in their season thread

I know I wasnt the only one who was baffled by that decision to punt the ball on 4th and 10 with Niners only needing like a first down to ice the game

Survival of the fittest

:beli:This is moronic. Why are you running over your tv because the Cowboys suck? What does one have to do with the other?
Dummies bashing their tv's in the moment of anger is bad enough, but this nikka had the time to carry it outside, get in his truck and think a little bit about the decision he was about to make, and still chose unwisely.

It doesn't make any sense. But coaches keep making such decisions because they find it psychologically difficult to accept everything coming down to one play.

Somehow they feel like they have more control if it comes down to series of plays rather than one specific play. But if one thinks about it rationally, what has a greater probability of success:

1. Converting a 4th and 10

2. Punting the ball and then forcing the other team to punt so that you get the ball back with enough time to score a touchdown

To me, it is obviously 1.

Just in case people are missing it, but the chart says you go for it 100% of the time. The part of the graph that isn't red are impossible situations like 4th and 10 from the 9 yard line of the opponent :heh:

It was a real, real bad call. Id be screaming my ass off if the Niners did that

The worst part about the last play was they lined up, and Shanahan called a timeout just to make sure his guys were ready. It may have been an ok call if Dak hikes it immediately to at least catch them off guard.

But after the timeout, the 49ers already saw the formation, and the Boys ran that stupid play like it was some innovative play :mjlol:
