Plenty of young folks are buying homes. Again, if that’s the complaint, it’s going great for you.

Plenty of millennials out here getting it. Its tough right now, but if they got the blood of the ancestors in they veins, they grinding it out right now.

We're getting to the point where like minded people will have to unite to survive..

They know the housing market is fukked they playing dumb. Just one market are you fukking kidding me
Breh that must be it. They have to be playing dumb. To the breh I responded to about ppl getting homes, especially young couples, it’s like when a fisherman cast a net and the fish can’t see it, till the net hits critical mass and the fisherman pulls it up to collect.

I pray each and everyone of you and repents and turns to the father and forsake your sins, and believe in his son who was a perfect sacrifice.

No it’s not. p*ssy is just a supple wet hole. Inflation is a problem and just because gas doesn’t hurt you doesn’t mean it’s not a problem. Black struggles don’t effect cacs so it’s not a problem. See what I did there. That’s your talking point.

And stop bringing up OP not having a job as a problem. Nikka is just lazy, I’m talking about working class young people problems. Not a brotha who thinks he’s too good to work at some places while he has no other options

But without workers, the economy is at a standstill. Let all the nurses, construction workers, firefighters, police, teachers, government officials and more walk off, and see how long society lasts. :heh: Didnt the pandemic tell you anything!?

The super savvy investor always had a few winners and a ton of losers.

TLR always shows the worst of themselves in these threads.

It showed me how the government fukks over the small guy and supports the big business.
Which hurts people that want to be workers

It’s EVERY HOUSE NIKKA. Ain’t no loans CASH OFFERS, CASH. Maybe you don’t understand but I want to own something and it’s fusterating when middle aged nikkas at the APEX of their careers tell young nikkas to work harder. I put a bid on more than ONE house, but young people literally can’t compete with Organizations NOT families buying these homes to turn them into rentals. But ignore everything else that was posted.

:pachaha:...breh bitter at life bc he's not ENTITLED to a home at the peak of a bubble...Can't make this stuff up...

Not entitled but I’m glad you acknowledged it’s a bubble. So with that said it’s not “the best time to be alive” which was the original reply where all I said was “that’s not true”. Being in an economic bubble ain’t the best time to be alive. When the economy is booming and the housing market evens out than I’ll feel obliged to agree

Edit: forgot to call you a fakkit

We live in a time that it's easy to be a capitalist.
If you put in the work you can make money.
Picked up side work today and made 4 figures in less than 8 hours installing a furnace, coil, condenser for a client, have a bigger job tomorrow for a apartment complex. I got a regular mon-fri joint that gives me insurance and 80 a year and I’m doing better that tons of my peers if I were to count my side work into my on paper income. Don’t mean we can’t acknowledge problems in todays market

But The Coli's TLR narrative is that unregulated capitalism and low wages should always be the norm.
In truth, if you can post on a forum for as long as most post here, then it's unlikely you have it bad. So you are also likely to get ignorant and spoiled people responding to your posts. I don't even care to engage in capitalism versus socialism debates, the goal should be to improve overall wellbeing, so I don't engage with people that are simply defending a system because it has seemingly benefited themselves. I'm a SocDem, primarily influenced by philosophical beliefs, so I support capitalism with a strong social safety net simply because I believe that is something we can bring about in most western countries within a reasonable timeframe, hopefully America one day through democratic means. But when it comes to the capitalism vs socialism debate, it's typically the capitalist side being lazy and baseless as hell. I would say at the least they should go watch some debates or learn to regurgitate same Ayn Rand Institute talking points but these anecdotal arguments and bootstraps nonsense is honestly just promoting brain worms. I don't even see why anyone engages with it, it's like engaging with flat earth, it's a waste of time for the most part, unless you get fun out of it.

edit: Just go through this thread and search related threads and peep the effort put into each post, one side managing at least a paragraph on average, the other just coming in with quips and responding with other nonsense. You can probably find them unintentionally parroting each other too. There is really no point to all of it.
