Very dark sequence with Paige hitting the heavy bag, and (I think) Phillip and Liz talking to the extremist....That was a chilly, grim moment, even for 'The Americans', as Twan explained he manipulated a teenager into cutting his wrists open with a razor, which really shows exactly what Phillip and Liz do, in a metaphorical sense. Phillip and Liz reaction shows they are moving out of this world, and into one where they are parents first, in their instant desire to protect the child.

Jesus Christ, 15 minutes into the episode there's been 4 tense conversations each one with different levels of uncomfortableness. Hockey dude asking for more money had me :dead:

shyt is about to blow up :damn:

I've never cared about Oleg. I wouldn't have minded if they had gotten rid of him seasons ago.

The look on Stan and Dennis' faces when Steve Yzerman starts injecting himself into their play is great

I think Paige still has easily the most compelling story, but I also really like where they've taken Oleg as well.

I respect your opinion but think her storyline or whatever is forced as hell. Is her life really that bad? I grew up not even giving a fukk what my parents did but it causes her constant turmoil or some shyt? She lives in a nice house, has all the food she wants to eat, can have a personal life and date whoever she wants besides that creepy son of Stan's etc. I like what and can appreciate what @re'up said above but I think the show is at it's best when there's some real drama unfolding and not this "psychological" drama bullshyt going on too often.

My heart might've stopped for a few beats when Paige started hanging that rope in the garage

I was hoping she was about to commit that. Its time for that story line to come to an end its never really gone anywhere anyway.

These episodes are starting to become a beating to get through, I hope next season pays off for tolerating this one.
