I just moved from SD but was there for 3 years, amazing place man.

Cost of living eventually made me go back to TX. It wasn't that I couldn't afford it as much as me wanting to be a homeowner. Coming for TX, had to see myself paying big dollars for a average 3 bdrm home when I can pay 275-350k for a dope ass home here in texas.

But the lifestyle out there is nice, depending on where u are coming from, the only downside to me is that the majority of the black population lives in SE SD.

i recommend checking out Mission Valley/Mission City though. Beautiful spot, minutes from everything. Not as walkable as other areas but it was the GOAT being so close to just about anything.

I currently live in NC. In your opinion, how much do you think it takes for a single person to live there? I've visited SD a couple of times and absolutely loved it.

I'm thinking about relocating to San Diego. How is it to live there? Anyone on this board live there?

I’m from here and live here. Feel free to PM me (:dame:) if you have questions. Here’s the rundown:

lots of diversity
Great food of all types
Chill city
Great weather
Expensive housing (sunshine tax :wow:)
Hours to the desert, mountains, beach in the city, etc.

Best city in America :blessed:

Think about this way when brehs talk about costs of living. Right now dudes are having rolling blackouts because of the Republicans that run that state love private sector shyt, alot of the politics are ain't shyt "i.e the dallas mass shooting, Botham John) to deal with. Plus yes the cost of living is higher but if you can afford to buy a house there your house will never depreciate and you won't have to pay hella property taxes vs would you will in TX.
