Dont do it. The city is dangerous as fukk. Everything closes early because they're scared to get robbed, the roads are terrible, and nikkas arent that friendly. Its just good for a visit. The food and weather are great, Togaloo and jackson state has those fine ass redbones. Freelons and black diamonds is the spot for ass and t*ts. Captain Ds last call is a dope little lounge to play pool and meet some bytches. Its definitely not a tourist friendly city. Nikkas stay getting robbed and shot at motels and hotels. Plus the city is crawling with organized sets from the chi. I witnessed a nikka get his shyt split open Christmas morning while stepping out to smoke. Also some of the biggest people I ever saw on planet earth were in walmart but with all that being said I probably will go.back but cities like jackson ms arent built for everybody. Mutha fukkers will test you and look to exploit you if your weak and not strapped. Its a city full of predators.

The deep south states such as Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Georgia, and Arkansas? Collectively suck pretty bad.

I say that as someone born in Arkansas with both parents from Mississippi and Arkansas.

Being black and living around black people for most of my life down south......I can tell you a lot of black people's problems are internal.


I live in an area (Huntsville, Alabama) that has added over 17,000 people to the population in the last 5 years. There's places that are growing because of jobs and just being nice areas to live, and there's places that are declining because of the opposite. That's any state in the U.S though.........

I've also notice people tend to stick together there's not a lot of intermingling going on. Also You will get called the N-word in a sundown town so be prepared.

I spent a few weeks in the Biloxi area last year. I actually enjoyed it....casinos...NO is 1.5 hour away....not far from FL panhandle.....

bomb food....but its a reason why MS has the lowest life expectancy. fried chicken/fish/shimp buffets everywhere....
