How Steve constantly messed up things for the Winslows, but as soon as they did something that he didn’t like they were the bad ones..

Example that Grandmama basketball episode when Eddie played with Spyder and Steve acted like a bytch.

So, basically anytime writers made Steve feel hurt and he acted like a bytch (along with guilt tripping the Winslows) with the face
