I can't do a front squat for shyt. Squats in general has always givin me trouble cause I'm a long legged muh fukka:damn:

I conquered a 315lb high pull today. :yeshrug: took me forever to get to this point.

Dunbells side lat raises

I do em at the end of a workout but its partly fatigue, but its still a little embarrassing to be doin decent weight on all the other shoulder excercises and then fail like a little bytch with 15 pound dbs
