As a result of that, I have some knee pain so all i do for squats is 12 goblet squats with a 25 pound dumbbell. But right after that i hold a one legged squat for 30 seconds...12 more goblet squats then i hold a one legged squat on the other leg for 30 seconds.
Im workin to correct my balance, i have some ankle eversion on both feet so Im doing foot exercises to fix that hopefully

I have, been doing calf raises with two 40 pound dumbbells on my shoulders.
