Dumbbell squats...i dont even fukk with barbells, my balance is off. As a result of that, I have some knee pain so all i do for squats is 12 goblet squats with a 25 pound dumbbell. But right after that i hold a one legged squat for 30 seconds...12 more goblet squats then i hold a one legged squat on the other leg for 30 seconds.

Im workin to correct my balance, i have some ankle eversion on both feet so Im doing foot exercises to fix that hopefully
Ankle and foot problems usually stem from calves... Strengthen the calves up breh

I can't do barbell squats. It's more psychological; because I hurt my knee back in my football days (got chopped blocked) and shyt I was fukked up for a while. I can get pass that mental block:to:

I have, been doing calf raises with two 40 pound dumbbells on my shoulders. I also do them where i do a half squat and come up mimicking a jumping motion also with the weights, probably not nearly as much weight as some of u fellas do here but certainitly enough for me to build up stronger calves.

But the problems definitely in my ankles and feet, and some of the exercises i do for them also work my calves so we're both probably right here. I walked with a limp for a while, still there but its going away :win:

Even though I'm a fairly advanced deadlifter, I think I hold myself back mentally. Even though it's relatively safe it's just like somethin is whispering in my ear "snap cityyyy :ufdup: "

I'd prob be in the mid-upper 500s if I wasn't so shook by them.

deadlifts and squats intimidate me. thats cause ive had back surgery though. the other day i did some deadlifts with a 100 lb barbell and i just felt too weird and freaked out and stopped. back pain is the fukking worst man but i want to get that deadlift and squat strength.

shyt I have to fix the settings. My son is 9 with a 35'' box jump.

Damn man I hate when we decide to do box jumps and I have to do them tabata style or for like 100 box jumps.lli can't keep jumpin that long.
