I would consider myself in pretty good shape... but I cannot, for the life of me, bring myself to box jump. I should physically be able to do it. I don't know if I'm afraid.... :damn:

Does anyone have a workout struggle? I'm frustrated but something in my mind won't let me do it! :damn:

On the jump try and bring your knees the highest you can to your chest and on the landing try to land like a squat with both of your arms straight out and in between your knees.

Dumbbell squats...i dont even fukk with barbells, my balance is off. As a result of that, I have some knee pain so all i do for squats is 12 goblet squats with a 25 pound dumbbell. But right after that i hold a one legged squat for 30 seconds...12 more goblet squats then i hold a one legged squat on the other leg for 30 seconds.

Im workin to correct my balance, i have some ankle eversion on both feet so Im doing foot exercises to fix that hopefully
