There are two scenarios
1-You believe these rules come from God himself, and not a parent but God, the supposed creator of all, I including ethics and morality. You then know what this God wants and you CHOOSE to sin and disappoint God. Notice I mentioned nothing about forgiveness. It's not important in this equation. I'm talking about the logic that goes into making the Choice.

2- You believe because you are human you have NO choice but to sin because God created you to sin.

CHOSE to do what they wanted to do. this put a curse on all of us and all of the earth. so now when we're born into this world. we are not born into the garden of eden situation. where everything is perfect. we are born into a broken world. we are born into SINFUL bodies. adam and eve only had the OPTION to sin. their bodies were not SINFUL at the time. they CHOSE to sin by disobeying God. the moment that choice was made. it placed a curse on the human flesh. every child thats born from that point forward was born INTO sin(sinful nature). God knows this. so does JESUS. thats why Jesus had to be sacrificed to save us from our own demise(sin).

him being sacrificed covers us even though we have sinned. as long as we except him as our savior and lord, and as long as we repent. we do those things we will be able to be with our creator after our physical death(which is also a part of the same curse adam and eve caused by sinning)

if they would not have sinned. you would've inherited their Riches(a perfect world with 100% perfect creations, with a 100% perfect relationship with GOD himself). and you would not have done anything to deserve that either.

its the equivalent of bill gates being a billionaire then blowing all of his money before he had any kids. then he has kids in a trailer park some where and they find out later on. what they COULD'VE had. shoot, should've had.

Again, you are comparing a human law that could be subjective or cultural to the requirements set forth by a God. Not just any god but THE God. The ultimate objective law according to theists.
