I think it was me who mentioned pages ago how Kendrick doesn't take the same approach as Pac,so I wasn't sure how dumbasses could've fallen for Kendrick being "The new Pac" rhetoric anyway, rather Kendrick namedropped Pac,or the machine was pushing him as such.
But i fell for nothing,i never was hyped about kendrick or believed he was the new pac. ANd my beef has nothing to do with being let down. It's just me calling out a fraud (which i've already outlined why.
Whom happens to be wack (which i've also outlined why)

I rest my case, you continue to look for Pac where there is no Pac,at this point that is YOUR fault
How does someone waiving a flag over and over (in their own way ) "saying this that pac shyt,i'm the new pac,hey hey over here it's me" =
ME,looking for pac?
Lol wtf are you talking about. That's like a cop trying to entrap a nikka, then say THAT person was looking for drugs. Gtfoh
clown nikka

you not doing nothing but making a bunch of assumptions of why Kendrick makes certain choices "bu bu but he wants to sound smarter",or why he's using Rosa Parks name "Bu bu but he just wants to sound deep"....What kindve shyt is this?your making all these ASSUMPTIONS based on not liking Kendrick or him not doing things the way Pac would have, even assuming he' only used Brendas Got A Baby as the song, because he wanted to align himself with Pac,after I pointed out all the reasons why that song would make perfect sense.
And you ASSUMED i was wrong despite me proving that he goes hard as fukk trying to align himself with the goat on multiple occasions over the past X amount of years he's been famous.

Who cares if he's trying to sound complex,if his style is not effective for you in terms of reaching your emotion that's one thing....But end of the day its the opposite of how Pac would've done it which hurts your case, would somebody who wants to be Pac do things the exact opposite way as Pac.:dahell:
He can do whatever he chooses and he'll deal with the consequences. I only broke that down because you acted like his weak song could match brenda gotta baby. It doesnt hurt my case AT ALL. He wants the general public to view him how they view pac so he's been on a campaign trying to align their names. See my point still stands regardless. If it wasnt for his campaign,me and you nor anyone else would even be having this type of conversation.

If you thinkthe way Pac did it,Scarface or Plies did it,is the only way to get to somebodys heart....And that you cant be touched the way Kendrick does it cerebrally,I would argue maybe its something wrong with your cerebral....Speak for yourself,me and many other hiphop fans have been touched by music of complex emcees as well as less complex and direct emcees. Seems like that would make my understanding of not only writing, but more importantly SONG making much greater than yours:sas2:
I never said a rapper couldnt be complex. In fact I BLATANTLY said there's nothing wrong with being complex or any of the other things i was pointing out about Kesha's song etc. I said kendrick would favor complexity so much where he'd end up being way too vague with his details and end up sounding contrived or corny.
What complex rappers besides him have touched your heart?

Talking about stuff that's currently going on when it comes to us black people. Being brave and daring with the choice of music he puts out. Im not gonna go into full detail. TPAB and Good Kid Mad City sums up just about everything when it comes to us.
Like what though? what did he say that was brave?

I don't understand why people on this board concern themselves with the opinions of people and places they supposedly don't care about.

People go out of their way to read a Fader/Complex/Noisey article about Kendrick (or whoever) so they can complain how those places are forcing that rapper into the spot light.

Nobody back in the day copped "Death Certificate" then ran to the magazine stand to see what Rolling Stone said about it. We didn't care. You can have an opinion of a rapper, negative or positive, totally independent of this "machine" you guys complain about.

Fred.
I agree with what you said about people not caring about that shyt back in the days but it's a different game now. These mags are forced into our view alot easier than having to COP back in the days. Every time an aritcle is written, someone will bring it to this hiphop forum and the discussion will began. Or it might show up in your facebook time line via suggested/promoted post or maybe from a friend.
I think very few of us are going out of or way to read this stuff.

You mean two off-duty cops, who didn't identify the fact they were cops and were also drunk at the time. Which stemmed from an argument

You make it seem like he went out and was looking to just bust his guns at random on patrol officers. :mjlol:Stop it.

Bu Bu Bu Kendrick got an ADDIAS commercial :mjcry:

Meanwhile

:comeon: every rapper was on a st ides commercial in the 90s foh

The fact that these threads keep popping up several times everyday show how great Kendrick is. I still don't understand why the haters keep trying to compare him to Pac.

Kendrick is only compared to Pac due to his own actions

How the hell you got a Pac avi with the caption "The realest nikka" if you believe this shyt you spewing:mjlol:,I'll let pac tell it

2:20

You do realize looking up to sumbody doesn't mean you have to follow every move or make every decision they make right:patrice:?I have family memebers that was addicted to drugs and stayed in and out of jail, who told me not to do drugs and not to go to jail....I looked up to them for other reasons besides them being addicts and going to jail, for those reasons I was willing to listen to what they had to SAY,as much as I could've decided to emulate them and become crackheads too:mjcry:. Lets not talk about other people not having sense just because some of yall cant manage to separate the good from the bad, where others have enough sense to be able to do that and make they own decisions:manny:...Just because that's what you took away from Pac doesn't mean that's what everybody chose to take away.

funny how some of you are quick to give Pac ALL the credit for wild, reckless talking and reckless acting "no sense" having ass nikkas, who mostly loved and took on the negative aspects and image of Pac....But refuse to acknowledge the fact there could be people who mostly love, and took on the positive aspects that 2pac bought to the table.

How can yall see it one way,yet not the other:jbhmm:?Unless you have an agenda:sas1:?

The fact Pac has left both lasting positive, and negative impacts on peoples lives he touched til this day speaks to what I'm saying,as well as what that poster said about him being a leader...People ridiculing the idea of pac being a leader, what impact have you made good or bad?Oh none:sas1:?Yet probably think your leaders because your "a good guy"...nah you a regular citizen which is cool too,but sit back, chill, take it all in,and let leaders lead, aint like theres shyt you can do to stop it anyway, since you not a leader:sas1:

I choose pac as my avi cause he my fav rapper , i put realest nikka is cause thats about me not pac , i spit the truth am the most unbias fan ov rappers etc spit the truth , anyway .... I said pac was a great talker , had some amazing ideas did some real shyt , did some sus shyt but i dont get why nikkas think at the end ov his life he was on the verge ov been some leader/political/ black unit type tip .... :usure::smugfavre:... Look at his words / then look at the actions he was doing wen the camra aint rollin tell me thats a leader :scust::snoop:....having said that ...maybe a few years down the line had all that beefing nonesense stopped maybe then he had the potenital to become a leader ...:mjpls:

Right! Pac was threatening to the cacstablishment. He encouraged people to study, to educate, to be leaders, to fight for what was right, to never let the world get you down, to be proud of who you are, you know SUBSTANCE. It was part of why he's not alive today, he was too threatening in terms of affecting positive change to the black community AND the world.

And Kendrick doesn't? He may not be as outwardly militant as Pac, but he's pushing the same message. In this current fake ass world we're living in, I applaude duke for at least trying to make some real shyt that hits beyond surface level. And the government didn't kill Tupac, nikkas killed Tupac.
