If you read reports from the past and present, the occupants of these UAPs are always following or fukking with Military equipment. There are reports from multiple countries that they deactivate Nuke missiles all the time or even shot test missiles from the skies. I see them as our overseers who just monitor our weapons to be honest. Best believe they won't let another nuke fall again on earth.

You are giving these military leaders too much credit. By the time they reach their rank, like most old companies and corporations, the big heads do not know shyt about new technology. Just because he or she has a high rank doesn't mean they are trained to know how things work. They are managers at the end of the day. They apply what they know and make adjustments in accordance to their mandates
