For the record I think he's a scammer. Legally is he liable in any way considering they were donations? In all honesty he should be audited but I don't think people want to air out their dirty laundry to outsiders because they are too embarrased to admit they were wrong. But he keeps moving like he's done nothing wrong and still speaks for many people.
