Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
Crazy that's like Palmdale and Lancaster in SoCal :dwillhuh:

And let me guess the majority of the people being moved are of color...

Yeah, people living in the favelas in Rio are mostly black or pardo, the pacification shyt was ruthless too, straight up serving people zero notice until that day and bulldozing their homes.

That picture is literally titled "pacification of the favelas"

Out here in my damn drawls
if you don't use what you have
some one will come along and take it:yeshrug:*

There's people trying to live and survive there with what little scraps they already have. Where else are they going to go if they can't afford to live in a slum, the ocean? :heh:

or start shooting at them

that will make them twist their necks real quick

Whatever they got to do :manny:

I'm sure they got security like you wouldn't believe, if white people can roam around freely at night in south LA(usc) than anything is possible.

@Cole Cash @Type Username Here @Malta
they policing the area heavy now kind of like when white ppl move in the "hood" . they let drug dealers run wild(provide guns) now its clean up time

Maybe they think poor people are going to magically be able to afford other places to live

when you truly want better you do all you have to to attain it

when you realize how you treat your environment is the same way you treat yourself

wealth is created by action
regardless of race all poor people share similar patterns of activity
just as rich people do

it's the most productive vs. the least productive
it's those who rely on themselves vs. those who are waiting on some sort of savior

it would be beautiful if we lived in a world where everyone demanded the best of themselves and for themselves but we don't

the patterns of degradation have set in to 99.9% of humanity and it has to run it's course

this is my perspective
feel free to hold your own whatever it may be

life
is fair
and hurt as it may
it's all just scales justly weighing out consequences of action
action and reaction

from the most minute molecule to massive planets and stars

I was just out there. The views of the city from the favelas are insane:ohlawd: They actually give favela tours for (white)foreigners like its a trip to the zoo or some sh*t. It is kinda strange cause usually the wealthy always had spots like the hills and beach front property as their sections of town and residence. But in Rio its flipped. Even Copacabana was hood in certain parts

why are the living off of scraps?¿?¿?¿
aren't they capable of caring for their home?¿?¿?¿
what makes a slum a slum?¿?¿?¿

I'm aware of the intricacies that create these situations
but you can also look at it from a simple perspective
why do the inhabitants of the slums do the things they do?¿?¿?¿
sometimes I just get mad at people in these situations because the seem to have just surrendered to the circumstances :snoop:

it may sound crazy but why can't they save themselves:mjcry:
why can't they come together for the sake of their families and their home

but they have to wait right
for the political backing
or for divine deliverance

shyt this is why my young mind avoids these issues:snoop:*

can anyone galvanize the hood?
give them a productive course of action¿

does the hood have to be the hood?
does the hood have to be the center of decay¿

should they look at themselves as victims?

:snoop:
wish I could untangle all the cords
wish I could cut everybody a winning hand
but this shyt goes back before time was even recorded mane

Brazil is no different than what's going on here..

My girl is from the northeast of brazil called recife which is predominantly black and they doing the same thing... brazil has a lack of black power at the top. Is the main reason blacks there can't get ahead

I disagree, you can't equate the struggles of Brazil to whats going on in the USA. Although there is hardship there is much of difference. The favelas were once gridlocked and virtually barricaded police and outsiders from coming in. Some of these criminal groups of the favella called Commands and gangs controlled their areas with a tight grip. Brazil is full of crime ,corrupyion and debauchery on a next level. The police have used way harsh tactics to oust the criminal elements in these neighborhoods, police out right murdered some of these criminals and police are known to extort many criminals and average citizens. Police in Brazilian cities like Saó Paulo and Rio de Janero have long shootouts with police. Of course the commanality of blacks being down trodden in this country is the same but thats where it stops.
