Zimmerman protesters shut down Oakland freeway | www.ktvu.com

OAKLAND, Calif. — Hundreds of activists protesting the acquittal of George Zimmerman marched from downtown Oakland to I-880 near the Broadway exit and temporarily shut down all lanes of the freeway Monday evening.
As of about 7:20 p.m. CHP and Oakland police officers were working to clear the lanes after the protesters entered the freeway from an entrance near Broadway and Sixth Street.

I just saw this on my local news and posted about it in the KTL thread. People must be pissed coming home from work but at least people are protesting and making news. I'm going to the Oakland Zoo tomorrow for a special trip so hopefully it doesn't happen during the day.
