Dude started questioning why Harlem dudes get to walk around free knowing the dirt they have done and they basically said you gotta move strategic.

I kinda feel what they are saying. Now that I think about it, everyone in LA knew who killed Pac and no one touched him he walked around for almost two years even though Pac was surrounded by real killers at death row. He was later killed due to something completely unrelated.
