I kinda feel what they are saying. Now that I think about it, everyone in LA knew who killed Pac and no one touched him he walked around for almost two years even though Pac was surrounded by real killers at death row. He was later killed due to something completely unrelated.

I don't think he thought Harlem was soft. He was just comfortable and still getting love on the streets. He regularly wore a bulletproof vest so it wasn't like he wasn't on alert mode. He just got caught slipping...
