If one and done is gone you can set up a deeper g league where every team has a minor league team like baseball where these guys can get paid legit. Then, put some teeth into NCAA rules. None of this forfeiture of games or titles and probation....just straight you don't have a team for 2 years.

The biggest misconception in the world is that top players are forced to go to college. Going overseas ain't killing anybody stock.
There's no need in every team having a g league team there's not enough space in the league for it and enough quality players thatd actually fill the roster. What they have now is more than enough but nobody wants to take advantage of it for whatever reason. There are avenues for these dudes to get paid in basketball.
