White people hated MLK. Jr. :patrice:

These PARTICULAR white people told MLK. Jr. to kill himself. :jbhmm:

Then a totally unrelated ( :stopitslime: )white person assassinated MLK. Jr.

Why in the hell would we believe that they have secret recordings that would ruin his reputation...and sit on them for 50 years:comeon::comeon::comeon:

Right
When will black people realize in the end

black love, unity, and music
I guess we’ll find out the truth in 2027. But a couple things. Without knowing context of the relationship between the Pastor and the Women, it's hard for me to believe the word of an FBI transcriber. It's hard to understand or fathom just how much the FBI hated Dr. King. After Dr. King wrote a letter criticizing the FBI's unwillingness or inability to protect civil right's demonstrators J. Edgar Hoover had someone reach out to Dr. King with the "facts." The individual was unable to get in to contact with Dr. King and a little while later Dr. King wrote another article criticizing the FBI. From that point on, the FBI wanted to destroy Dr. King. From illegal wire taps, threatening letters, infiltrating his staff, wire tapping his assistants, surveilling his home, the FBI treated him as #1 on America's most wanted list. And it is not far outside the stretch of the imagination for a transcriber (Now you have to understand. They paid people on shifts. So a person is listening to the audio for 12+ hours a day because they never know when something will come up) to interpret something as rape just to get noticed/acknowledge by his higher ups. So until the audio gets released I can't say either way.

With that being said, MLK was a very flawed man. The allegations of sexual infidelity are definitely true. A couple months ago I talked to a person who took part in freedom summer and he said that everyone was fukking. If you read any books about the time period, you'll read about how it is alleged that Ralph Abernathy started sleeping with one of his parisonshers when she was 14 years old and continued to sleep with her after she got married. One day the husband came to Ralph's office and told him to stop, but Ralph continued and eventually the guy showed at his office again with a gun to kill him. Ralph managed to escape the ordeal. In another circumstance, one of MLK's assistants James Bevel was convicted of sleeping with his own daughters.

James_Bevel

Your heart might yearn for a simple world where "heroes are heroes" but the world is never that simple. If true, MLK's legacy will forever be tarnished. I guess the truth will come out in 2027.
We've already surmised that King rolled with nothing but informants, c00ns, and agents, so posting heinous things his advisors did is nothing.

do you have any evidence of what KING HIMSELF IS ACCUSED OF??

fukk all that guilty by association nonsense.

Above the fray.
Well it relates to Dr. King, because it shows our supposed "Civil Rights heroes" are normal human beings with flaws. And how some of them are deeply flawed. Seeing how James Bevel is the individual who recommended that they use Children in the Birmingham campaign, a decision that ultimately saved the entire campaign from ruin it just demonstrates how complex history is. Is James Bevel a hero? One could make the argument that without James Bevel the entire Civil Rights movement ends with a failed campaign in Birmingham. In the days before the decision was made, major newspapers called the campaign a failure and for Dr. King to end the movement. Or is he something else?

Now, is James Bevel actions in the 1990s directly related to Dr. King? No. Did I say they were? No. But the fact that he worked so closely with Dr. King and went on to commit those heinous acts - and let's be honest, he didn't just start doing weird sexual shyt when he was 50 - is relevant to gain context about the type of people that led the movement.

With that being said, I'm not really sure what you want me to say. If you don't think it's relevant, that's not my problem.

*Edit

I read about the allegations against Abernathy in this book,

I haven't read Abernathy's book. But I wouldn't be surprised if he ignored it. Personal memoirs are usually not very reliable when it comes to understanding the full human being. People write them to portray themselves in the best light. Also included in the book was that during Ralph's trial, the now grown Woman testified that Rev. Abernathy liked unnatural sexual acts (head lol).

I respect you having an opinion, but I think some reaching is going in.

Saved the campaign from ruin? CRM possibly ends in failure were it not for Bevel's suggestion?
We're revising history a bit here. There were SEVERAL important figures in that segment of the CRM. The fact that an outlier became a pedo demon later in life doesn't add any context to understanding the "type of people who led the movement". Neither does the fact that Bayard Rustin was gay , and an alleged pedo add any context to it.

Historically men have lead churches , but church congregations are generally mostly women. The active members / workers of the congregation are 95% women. Some sexual exploitation of women takes place in churches. If anything places the alleged King affairs in context, it's the dynamics of church. Good percentage of CRM figures were clergy.

At any rate, thanks and will look more into Abernathy story and trial.

We have the images of child rapists (slave holders) on our currency.

Andrew "Trail of Tears" Jackson has a big portrait in the oval office.

And, like someone already said, they now have the tech to fake voices.

It's no coincidence that this kind of shyt is bubbling up while we have a bonafide nazi in the white house. You have no idea of the kind of levers these motherfukkers can pull once they have "deep state" power at their disposal.

Martin came in the name of brotherhood, made a societal change, predicted his own assassination.

A story just like your fukkin "jesus". :salute:

This eats at these devils to no end. :pacspit:
