If Armstead walks in free agency the miners Niners should get a comp pick in return. You can’t pay everybody and somebody is guns gonna offer him a truckload.

I don’t even think they tag him, honestly. Maybe if we lose in the NFC championship or Super Bowl and they feel like the team we have plus 1 or 2 more pieces gets us the Lombardi, then I can see them tagging him and paying him for a year. Other than that...
