This is why I'm so pissed about getting players that are injury prone.
When are pushing to contend you can't have your stars out all the damn time.
I dont think they ask Kwon for the pay cut , Dee Ford is definitely gonna have to take a reduced salary with performance escalators. I also think they probably have a # in my for Armstead extension and if he ask for more they just gonna try to trade him. I can see them being fine with getting a 3 for him and just resigning the depth back.

they have the money now for Buckner & Kittle if thats what you mean by power players. Like i said though , im sure they prefer to keep Armstead regardless of how some might feel on him. Just like they rather kept Jimmy Ward. The Dline got decimated with injuries and 9ers dont have the pics to be throwing at more Dline in the draft

I don't think they resign him regardless. Some team will offer him higher money that the Niners are willing to offer.
