That's a lifted truck with big ass wheels. Looks taller than a regular super duty
Theres way too many people who aren't concerned about driving those behemoths, one mistake leading to a fatality could change the course of their life. the front of that truck will hit all major organs before a persons body hits the ground.

Every country I’ve been to in South America, Europe and Africa the cars are tiny. Driving monster trucks is only normal in the US
