Manager: Sarah, we’re swamped I need you to stay until this rush is over

Sarah: My schedule says 9-3, and I will be leaving at 3 on the dot.:beli:

Manager: I understand what the schedule says but if you're still needed then you have to stay. That's just the job

Sarah: I don't have to do anything you're not God you're just my manager. The schedule says 3, at 3 I'm leaving and that's that.:comeon:

I decided to wait in the parking lot an extra couple of minutes to see how this played out and sure enough at 3 this chick walked smooth out of that bytch and it was PUMPING.:russ:

Millennials would've begrudgingly worked until the rush was over.

The incentives for being a drone employee are getting smaller and smaller so the fukks given will be less and less

The bootstraps :damn: These nikkas lazy" posts about to take over the thread tho

I think even with incentives being the same they would still be ready to buck authority at the drop of a dime. I've seen several instances of them having no problem speaking their mind in situations that my generation would've just bit our tounge.

Joe Budden spoke on this recently. He met some younger fans and shook their hands while he was eating and one of them said to him “you just gonna shake my hands with grease all on em?:dahell:

^^^ That's some new shyt.
Thats shyt you can only pull with a lot of skin in the game.

If you a rookie doing that your fate is sealed; gotta pay those dues :sadcam:

It's a vegan/vegetarian cafe and she looked to just be a college-aged chick around the same age as most of the other workers I've seen in there. I don't think she has that much skin in but rather a lack of fukks.

I'm not mad at her or the rest of her generation.:ehh:

Millennials paved the way. I'm 33 and have absolutely told supervisors/managers the exact same shyt.

I've voiced my dislike of certain policies and spoke up on certain things I felt were wrong but it wouldn't have even crossed my mind to not help with a rush because it was the end of my shift on the schedule. :skip:

More power to you though, you were ahead of the game.
