John Morrison let Melina ruine his WWE run. Melina was one of the most unpopular wrestlers backstage having been taken to wrestler's court 3 times, she cheated with Batista and the roster lost respect for Morrison because he never fought him. He also gave Trish the cold shoulder in their WrestleMania tag team match because Melina was salty about not getting her spot which resulted in more backstage heat. Melina would leech off him getting booked wherever he went for years and would post pictures of his Cialis pills after they broke up, which is an abusive act.

Morrison was a CLEAR heel at the time

I agree he couldn't cut a face promo, but he was very comfortable being a heel.

The Dirt Sheet on youtube was Miz and Morrison’s brain child, and it was great. So its not a lack of charisma.

And he never really won any matches big matches regardless. If i’m not mistaken he was jobbed out to Miz after they split while he was clearly the better in-ring talent.

all of these guys went on to have good careers and still going, with the exception kidd's injury & dibiase leaving wrestling.

the only other two guys that didn't win a world title were davey jr & matt sydal, and theyre both stars in wrestling right now.

the way the thread title was worded, I expected to see a bunch of busts.

Evan Bourne played himself.

Batista had sex with John Morrison girlfriend so Vince didn't respect him. Otherwise he would've been a world champ.

Jack swagger was a good wrestler, legit athlete & had the look. Him & zeb worked perfectly. He's now becoming a household name in the mma world.

Cody & Ted were decent midcarders who just didn't have the it factor.

Tyson Kidd was never gonna be world champ & nothing indicates that he was. Same goes for bulldogs son.

Ziggler is the type of wrestler with a huge ego based on his delusions of what he think he's worth rather than what he's actually done. Billy Gunn, hbk, Mr perfect, saved by the Bell fraud.

Miz was nowhere near ready to be WWE champ & he had one of the worst runs as champ in the last decade. He's just now becoming who they thought he could be over the last 3 years.

Kofi is WWE champ. Nuff said.

He actually did, but nobody counted on him (as a face) being absolutely terrible at promos. He was embarrassing on a Ted Dibiase Jr level. But that's another indictment on the WWE, Morrison was a CLEAR heel at the time as far better at promos as a heel. I don't think it was until years later out of the WWE he became alright with face promos.

AFAIK, he actually took acting classes in LA, which is why he's so much better cutting face promos (and cutting promos and acting in segments) in general on LU than he ever was in WWE.

Only think i’ll say about swagger, he needed a mouth piece much sooner in his career.

By the time he got zeb, it was too late. He had already wasted enough time and squandered his world title and win.
