Last WWE magazine I ever bought
December 2009
Just in case nikkas forgot these young superstars from 2009
(from Left to Right)
Only Dolph, Swagger, Kofi, & Miz have been WWE/World Champions since this.
- Harry Smith (Bulldog's son & tag partner to Tyson Kidd)
- Cody Rhodes
- Evan Bourne
- John Morrison
- Dolph Ziggler
- Jack Swagger
- Tyson Kidd
- Ted Dibiase
- Kofi Kingston
- The Miz
look at that caption
"Mark our words-in the next few years, at least one of these young superstars wil emerge as a show-stealing main eventer. But who'll be the first to hit mega-Superstardom?"
How yall think these cats panned out 10 years later?
Is this a better batch of main eventers over Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Braun, Sami, KO, McIntyre, etc
- Harry Smith (Bulldog's son & tag partner to Tyson Kidd) - Wrestled with a cold sore in MLW, never learned how to talk on the mic
- Cody Rhodes - Is basically head creative of AEW, will also be a main eventer in AEW. Had a 5 star match
- Evan Bourne - fukked up his career over weed twice in major companies (in WWE and NJPW)
- John Morrison - Been stuck in meh territory forever, changes his last name depending on where he wrestles
- Dolph Ziggler - Became a champion, is pro MAGA, has failed to reinvent himself for years
- Jack Swagger - Became a champion, one of the worst talkers ever, will probably be the face of Bellator's HW division in 2 years.
- Tyson Kidd - Nearly became paralyzed by Samoa Joe, now a WWE match producer
- Ted Dibiase - Sells insurance or something
- Kofi Kingston - Became one-third of one of the biggest tag teams of all time, won the title at Mania
- The Miz - Became a champion, headlined WM, returned to reality TV, destined to become a FS1/ESPN talking head
Kofi and Miz reached their potential. Cody is probably going to be the guy at some point in AEW, and he's in a position of power that very few people have been in. The rest, meh.
