I don't think so. He may have -- but Michelle and her being AA made him more likable to AA. If Michelle was Haitian -- talking about Haiti -- with the Haitian Flag -- talkin about her ancestors in Haiti -- which is beautiful and fine. ADOS women would not have connected with her like that. Again, they already saw Obama as a Foreigner.

I'm not the one in here claiming she looks indian to indian people. You said that. And then you supported it by citing indian forums and your coworkers. Why an allegedly non-indian person would be looking at indian forums or asking their indian coworkers if Kamala Harris looks indian is beyond me.

I never said anything about asking my coworkers if Kamala looks Indian. You assumed that. I don't bring up politics at work. If they are talking around me then of course I listen. I have nothing in common with those people.

Nah. If Michelle was white, he probably wouldn't have gotten 97% of the black vote. If Michelle was black but not AADOS, he still would have won.

But we have to remember that was a different time (even though it was only 11 years ago). Bush was President, the war was a mess, Katrina happened, housing crisis and recession wiped out a lot of black families' homes and wealth. So having a qualified black person who was the complete opposite of Bush was enough to put him in a competitive position. Obama having a black family (regardless of lineage) put him over the top.

The results of that Presidency however is why neither Kamala nor Booker have an easy shot to the nomination however.
